Just leaving

At my sisters getting ready to head out for the long drive. Thanks to Nikki for helping me back and clean, (as well as Evelyn and Katie and Jeff were a huge help today!!)

First of all. I am the best packer in the world. I got almost everything in my car while still being able to see out of my back window. Hooray! I didn't think that I would be sane if I could only use the side mirrors for a 22 hour drive. I say almost because I had a few "I might take this" boxes that did not make the final cut.

Had a great time at my going away shindigs. Talent Plus people joined me for a drink after work and then off to Sportscasters with a few more friends. I also got to tease my friend Faith about stealing my thunder because she got engaged that night!!! The ring is gorgeous and I am so excited for her and Jesse, her fianceur. (My bro coined that one. It's like employee:employer, trainee:trainer, so fiance:fianceur. Gotta love Brett.)





Well, hope that all goes well with the first leg even though I am starting out a lot later than I hoped. But, I feel a lot better about the state of things that I am leavnig behind and the amount of stuff that I am taking. Here we go!
