Well, it started storming right after I finished my work for the day. Kristi says that it is the worst storm they have had all year. It was quite impressive from a thunder standpoint. Evidently the low elevation (resulting in higher temps and humidity) increases the volume of it. Though I could hardly see the lightning flashes, I jumped with every peal of thunder and my whole apartment shook.
Went and saw Ratatouille. It was cute. We went to theater in Ybor City, but I was disappointed when we simply walked in and walked out rather than stopping for a drink or anything. Oh well.
When I got home, the rain had stopped, so I unloaded my car until the sweat started to drip off of me. The trunk is empty and there are about six boxes left in the car.
Another exciting thing is that I can PAINT my apartment! Yeah! No more white walls! Now I have something else to do while I am here.
