Thoughts for the day.

you know the movie "groundhog day" with Bill Murray? Well, for those of you who don't, he keeps waking up and reliving the same day over and over again until he gets it right. Though this may seem very bad, he learns how to play the piano in "one day", robs a bank but never gets caught because it neve actually happened, and saves a little boy's life at the same time every morning. ("What do you say? What do you say? You NEVER say thank you!?" -Man I love that part.)

I have never had to live the same day twice. Does that mean I'm getting it right? I feel like each experience I have teaches me and I grow from it. None of my relationships have had the same problems. Yes, there were some similarities in the personalities of the guys, but I never got cheated on after the first one. Wouldn't put up with the drinking after the second one. And after this third one? Well, let's just say that the phrase "Let's just be friends" is not longer in my repetoire.

I'm doing good. I can make it on my own. I'm just....such a trooper. The heart of a champion. With such a strong.....one leg. (Captain, Nikki and KT, you know what I talking about...)

Deep thoughts by Stacey Danger with an L. ;)

That's my favorite part of the movie too..... You NEVER say Thank you!!!

I don't know if it means we are getting it right, but I DO agree that we are learning. Forever. We are forever learning. And that is a good thing.

Confession: I've never watched Groundhog ('s?) Day. I've seen parts. But have never really watched it. I know, I'm missing out.

I have loved both of my careers for the variety. Also parenting. And marriage. Zero repetition. Each day is an adventure. I wouldn't have it any other way.
