Well, thanks for your well wishes. I talked to my friend today and guess what? His wife and her lawyer skipped out on their court appointment. So, that makes the judge not so happy. This also puts them in a better position to try to make a custody agreement without the assistance of a judge (again...) Anyway. Go captain!
