got my phone bill today. They cut off servie on the 22nd and I made my first call on the 26th. They charged me for the second phone line for a partial month (starting on the 26th) and the month of Feb. Though they refunded my regular phone fee, they added on these extra charges. You have GOT to be kidding me!
After I finish my profile for the day, I am headed to Brighthouse once again to get this issue resolved.

Good thing you really look at your bills, such thing usually allude me, since my bills all come electronically and I don't always examine them like I should.

hey, sorry I didn't call back last night -- we ended up running subjects until after 9 and then I was so tired and angry!!!
