Lost 5 of the 10 lbs I wanted to lose, my friend Beri is engaged, my friend Becky lost her dad unexpectedly which sent me into a tailspin (I always get to thinking about things I shouldn't... Had the email all written out to the X, but had the good sense to hit delete instead of send.)
