You know what I love? The fact that kids these days look so different. Not like differences in skin color, but just general style. I'm sitting in the allergy office and right now there are 10 kids in here two of the boys have nearly shaved heads while another is sporting a Rufio style faux-hawk. Cubs jerseys, oshkosh, those trendy animal shaped rubber bands, and another teenage girl just walked in with Jackie-O style shades. You can't tell who is a future geek versus jock or which girl will be homecoming queen. Watching 50s movies or even an old John Hughes film demonstrated how style made you a stereo typed kid. Now a goth kid could easily be a football player. Girls with that perfect hair might be the top science student.
I just love kids these days. :)

I'm glad you posted this, I needed some positive kid reflection. I've been thinking kids are a little mean and judgey...
It is fun to "people watch". I could do it for days.........
