Twelve Introductory Sentences

OM posted this. It sounded like a good introduction back into blogging for me. I am going to try and catch you up on my stories from the holidays and such too.

Here are the first lines from my 2008 blogs for each month:

January: Okay, so everyone is posting about New Year's and such.

It is obvious that I am very astute.

February: I hate the waiting game.

I was waiting to hear that I did not get into graduate school. A blessing in disguise...

March: Okay, quick updates:

Once again, did not blog much for a small span of time.

April: So, got invited to a wedding with lots of old friends in attendance.

I can't even remember which wedding this was. :/

May: I am getting used to a new keyboard, so if the spell check misses anything, it is my excuse.

Ah the thrills of my life.

June: Even though he is not here to fix my car, mow my yard, or tell me the best way to drywall my bathroom, I wish he was.

Father's Day. *sniff*

July: Okay, I'm back.

Nuff said.

August: Worked this morning at my newest venture.

The Children's Place. This was the only day that I worked there.

September: Well, as you most likely know, no hurricanes have really hit yet.

Never did get my hurricane.

October: I have just been off this week.

I said this a lot last year.

November: Okay, so I have this pair of birkenstock-like-sandals that I wear when I am feeling particularly casual at work.

Remeber the shoe fart story? LOL

December: I'm just not feeling it today.

Again with the depressed thing. Blech.

Some funny things to look back on though.

I waited all day for you to call and say you got the job! Then I realized I'd left my phone at home...??????? So I expected to have a message at home- nope. I guess I'm your #1 believer. Love the list!
