I had two interviews this last Saturday. One was with CVS and the other Victoria's Secret.
CVS: The manager was very standoffish, just like on the phone when I scheduled the interview. Basically, she sat me down, told me she could give me $9 an hour (what I asked for), 10-15 hours a week, and I could probably start as early as next week. Oh, and I could walk there in 15 minutes.
Victoria's Secret: No $9 an hour, most likely I'll get $8. No 10 hours a week, they base scheduling on sales and credit cards. But the manager was really nice and well, IT'S MY MECCA!!!!!!
Seriously. I talked with mama and she thinks that my part-time job should be something that I really enjoy while making money. But can I keep pushing the card? From what I hear, you don't really have to push it like they did at ATL. ARRGGGHHHH!!!!!! I don't know what to do!
There are two things I forgot to ask each place: What are the discounts and how early does the schedule come out? Perhaps I can work both. VS may not have that many hours to give, so I can do two part time jobs? That would sure help out my finances and debt issue...

Sounds do-able. I say "Go for it!
Discounts will make at the difference. Ask yourself . . .do I need *% off of a few bras and undies? Or would *% off of all of my regular beauty supplies make more sense?
I'm thinking CVS might be a little more stable hours too . . .
loved your pics of the car touring
