Don't be that guy!

Everyday at lunch we all sit in a commons area and eat together. Some people bring lunches, others go to the cafeteria, and some bring in take out. The group consists of more marketing people and it is roughly 7 girls and 4 guys that usually partake in the festivities.

There is this one guy. I admit it. He's cute. Tall. Funny. I like him, but we had an issue the first few days I ate with the group. He stares. I kept catching his eye and he was just looking at me. What is the deal? My first thought is "What do I have on my face?" (Thank you social anxiety...) Followed quickly by, "Is there something hanging out of my nose." (Social anxiety really does take a bit of time to pass...)

I have finally settled on one of two conclusions: I look like someone he knows OR He thinks I'm cute.

I don't know what the final answer is, and I don't think I'll ever find out. But I do know one thing

He's married.

Snap! I'd have to go with the "you look like somebody" Seriously, don't we get it all the time, even when they aren't talking about twins?

You ARE cute, and funny, and interesting. It's true. Maybe he's just drawn in by it all. Married or not.
When you were describing your lunch time just now, why was I picturing Gray's Anatomy? Probably because I just watched it last night. Would you be Izzie?

Oh, OM, I love your comparison. It's so Grey's Anatomy. Don't go there, Stacey. Although your father would love the story line. I have met "starers". Ask him if he has a brother.......... unmarried.

OH! I LOVE Mama's idea. Ask if he has an UNMARRIED brother. That will get the point across in a big hurry.

I too think you would be the Izzie. LOL!
