saddest day.

So, Katie, the best sister ever, mailed me an Eileen's cookie. My favorite is the chocolate chip 6 inch one with frosting. Also, one dozen oatmeal raisin cookies. She mailed them in one of those big padded envelopes. What she didn't know is that our mailman is the laziest most worthless person on earth (right after the garbagemen that don't pick up cans that weigh more than 60 pounds.)

I came home and the cookies (actually two dozen, one six inch cookie and three bags of licorice) were all CRAMMED in the mailbox. Here is my birthday present that the freakin mailman ruined.

To make matters worse, I cried. And then I called Katie and made her cry. Boo who

Take oatmeal cookies out of bag. Place in bowl (maybe not ALL of the cookies, pace yourself here). Pour over them approx. 1 C. skim milk. Eat with spoon.
Yummmmmmm. :-)

Place one cup vanilla ice cream into another bowl (on maybe another day). Open crumbled chocolated chip cookie and microwave for 20 sec. Place warm crumbled cookie in bowl with vanilla ice cream. Fork or spoon, your choice.
Yummmmmmmmm.

Life gives you broken cookies. Make a hot fudge sundae.

Much love and hugs. Thank God for your gorgeous sweet sister and her beautiful heart.

Enough sap yet? Sorry 'bout that.

Love those recipes, OM. Sorry you got sad. Don't cry over spilt milk and broken cookies.

I'm going to cry again. I'm so pissed at that lazy piece of excrement! At least the licorice survived which surprises me after seeign the condition of the cookies.
