Funny how brown sugar and cream cheese can make my day so much better. Plus, it's kinda fun making my keyboard sticky before it ends up going back to where it came from!
The lady called about the interview. It is set for next Tuesday at 1:30 pm. Go me!!

That is one of my kids' favorite snacks! Mine too!!
I have never made that dip. Does it take a recipe! Looks yummo!!!
OM, it is one 8 oz package of cream cheese and one cup of brown sugar. Blend.
For a new treat, we started adding half a bag of toffee chips. They add a nice crunch!
yeeeeeaaaaaahhh!
OM There is a recipe but I don't like it so I adapted. Recipe #1- 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c brown sugar, 1 cup white sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 pkg toffee bits. I've also been given a recipe with no white sugar and it was #2- 2 cups of brown sugar and 8 oz of cream cheese (that's all). It was too sweet so I just put in one cup of brown sugar and it was just fine. Then I tasted the one with the toffee bits so I just added that to my simple #2 recipe. It was WAY too many bits so I just put in about 1/4 of a package. With the bits you have to eat it the first day or the bits dissolve, which is not a problem because you can add more (you only used 1/4 of the pkg.) NOTE: you have to seal the used bag of bits in a zip lock bag or they get soft.
Enjoy the snack. I was just thinking of making cinnamon snails.
